| ATV ECO Shelf 2.0 - the shelving system
ATV therefore offers you a tried and tested transport solution for courier, express and parcel vehicles. The folding ATV ECO Shelf 2.0 shelving system has a very robust yet extremely lightweight design: The load capacity of the aluminium shelves is 80 kg/m or 100 kg/m (depending on the shelf variant). The weight of the interior fittings, which have already been tried and tested for more than 25,000 times, starts at just 116 kg (depending on the equipment variant).
The shelves can be folded individually and even segmented on the left-hand side: the shelves have a gas pressure spring support to ensure that folding is easy and safe. Another major advantage of the folding parcel shelf: you remain flexible. Even if you want to use your van as a classic transporter, you can fold up the shelves and use the factory-installed lashing points.
The shelving system is installed in panel vans in the tonnage class: 2.8 t / 3.5 t / 4.25 t / 5.0 t GVW. (permissible gross vehicle weight.) The ECO Shelf 2.0 shelving system is available for the following manufacturers:

| Flexible room layout
Even if you want to use your panel van as a conventional transporter for transporting pallets or furniture, simply fold up the shelves of the parcel rack. This allows you to customise the load compartment to your needs at any time and use the factory-installed lashing points, for example. In most cases, these remain in place when the shelving system is installed. If the parcel is slightly larger, you can allow it to protrude beyond the shelves in the rack: The anti-slip profile edge gives the parcel additional support and reduces slipping and shifting.

| Safety & ergonomics
The safety edges and protective profiles with coloured warning markings on the shelf corners ensure that the parcel driver cannot injure himself on the corners and edges during the delivery process. Markings indicate where the shelves can be safely folded. The gas pressure spring support makes folding easier and prevents sudden or accidental folding down. The passageway between the shelves is wide enough to allow different body heights to pass through comfortably without ‘bumping into’ the shelving system. The height of the shelves is also designed so that delivery staff of different heights can use the system. The additional load compartment subdivision or the partition wall/sliding door system also increase ergonomics, operability and safety during the delivery process and while travelling... and much more.
